Gregory Llinas is the founder of GL Solutions with a vision that his company will become a leading edge provider of consulting services. Mr. Llinas' vision was born after being at the financial helm driving the direction and financial success of many companies. Mr. Llinas has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the growth and development of the firm. As the main leader he's determining the direction, vision, and strategic plan for the company which is something he would like to share. Mr. Llinas has more than 25 years of experience, has managed over half a dozen organizations at the executive level, including Business Development, Operations Management, and Executive Leadership. Now GL Solutions has helped many business owners realize the potential of their organization as well as being responsible for Financial Planning, Performance Management, and overall business performance.
Previous positions in corporate management include Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Client Services, Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Chief Operating Officer, and Controller among other corporate roles. As Chief Operating Officer, Gregory was responsible for increasing revenues from $180M to $280M within a 14 month period. As Chief Financial Officer of over four federal contracting businesses, including 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Businesses, his leadership resulted in dozens of contract awards. Mr. Llinas' previous work includes the banking and developmental finance sector, investment banking, consulting, television and media operations, as well as extensive involvement in the government contractor area.
Mr. Llinas graduated with an MA in International and Development Economics (Development Banking) from The American University in Washington, DC in 1991 and a combined Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from Universidad National Pedro Henriquez Urena, from Santo Domingo in 1983.
Mrs. Vela joined the GL Solutions team in December of 2017. Here, she handles accounting, finance, payroll, and all contracts administration for all clients. Prior to GL Solutions Inc, Mrs. Vela assisted the CFO of Summit Technologies Inc. on contracting administration, accounting, and finance. Mrs. Vela also provided assistance to the HR Director on all HR related tasks. Mrs. Vela has received a BS in management from Central Connecticut State University and brings over +10 years of experience with Federal and Commercial contracts to GL Solutions Inc.

Angela C. Llinas has over 7 years of experience with accounting, financial management, revenue management, and payroll management. As client leader, she is in charge of managing each client account, assisting and overseeing all accounting processes, as well as contract administration processes, which include, funding notices, contract renewals, invoicing, payables management etc. Angela Llinas is also a SHRM member in charge of the HR Management and Benefits Management Department for our clients as well.

Gary C. Llewellyn serves as Security Consultant for GL Solutions where he provides security leadership and support by partnering with customers to align business and security strategies. Mr. Llewellyn's primary support is in addressing security issues by being proactive, reactive and by establishing passive plans and activities which is following the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) that protects the assets and interests of the company (broadly defined as people, products, intellectual property and property/operations).
Mr. Llewellyn's career started in 1967 and has more than 45 years of security experience while serving in the United States Army, Federal Service, and that of the civilian sector. Throughout his 45 year career he served in numerous security positions as Military Advisor, Special Operations Detachment, Okinawa Japan, Facility Security Officer, Special Security Officer, Contractor Special Security Officer, Contractor Programs Security Officer, Special Access Program Manager, Physical Security Officer, Security Supervisor and Director of Security in numerous organizations both in Department of Defense and the civilian sector.
Rose Middleton serves as Human Resource and AP assistant for GL Solutions. Here she handles clients services, payroll, and accounting for all clients. Prior to GL Solutions Inc Mrs. Middleton worked in the Hotel and Retail industry for over 10 years which makes her expertise in customer service her focus, ensuring all our client's needs have been addressed.
HR Consultant and Administrator
Tonya D. Thompson serves as a human resource administrator here for GL Solutions Inc. She is responsible for handling human resource and benefit matters for our clients. Ms. Thompson has a backgroun in public school education that spans over 18 years, as well as the non-profit housing industry where she has served as a board of director and teasurer for over 15 years. She obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University in Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a concentration in Education from Virginia State University.
Jing Zhang joined GL-Solutions on July 20, 2020 as our Senior Accountant. She holds a Master Degree in Accounting from Drexel University and over 4 years in Financial reports analysis in Chinese equity market and over 2 years in budget and SOV analysis, cost and revenue analysis in the American government contractor industry filed. Jing Zhang has a passion to serve other people and to increase her professional credentials. She is currently pursuing a goal of becoming a CPA.
Tommy joined the GL Solutions team in October of 2019. As a Business Development Specialist, he identifies new business opportunities in the private and federal space. Additionally, he is responsible for proposal development, teaming arrangements, and supporting our business strategy. Before starting with GL Solutions, he earned a BA in Global Affairs from George Mason University.
