GL Solutions is a certified Unanet Partner, Reseller, and Implementer

Unanet is a key partner in GLSI’s model of completing the solution lifecycle for all outsourced and managed services, enabling GLSI to bring to market a single-entity, GTM message and relationship, start to finish, from sale to implementation and ongoing services and support.

Overview

Enrollment: GLSI shall follow Unanet protocol for binding notification of new customer enrollment, including supporting details of client needs (i.e. client bio, license count, license type)
Contract & Billing: The GLSI client contract stipulates GLSI as the billing party for all services including the minimum term (2yr) and billing schedule for the Unanet solution, of which GLSI should make reasonable effort to bill at retail pricing. See ‘GL Solutions
Accounting Support’ document.
Technology: GLSI has chosen to invest and expand our Unanet partnership via the BPO model, resulting in a more fluid “all-in-one” provider in the client relationship. This should be attributed to the confidence in Unanet, the technology and noticeable vision
for continuing to deliver in both product and service. Areas of appeal include purpose-built software, simplicity, compliance and scalability.

Unanet Implementer: GLSI, by virtue of the Unanet University certification program, employs a certified implementer of the Unanet software – an expert in installing, service and training mutual clients on the software and usability. Looking forward as the customer base grows and demands for support increase, GLSI will continue to seek educational resources to maintain the level of knowledge and bandwidth expectations.

Customer Support: During and following system implementation, for as long as the client is a mutual client of GLSI and Unanet, GLSI will provide help desk support services via telephony and e-mail paths.
